African bee (apis mellifera scutellate) is very prolific in producing eggs to renew the colony. honey is a sweet product mostly made floral plant nectar combined with an enzyme secreted by bees’ glands, then concentrated by reducing moisture in the honeycomb cells. Honey is harvested from bee hives once bee keepers see that after the honeycomb cells have been sealed by the bees.
